Overview
Parallel Strategies AI ("we," "our," or "us") lets you control data we store about you and your connected third-party accounts. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including data obtained through Meta (Facebook Login, Facebook Pages, and Instagram professional accounts), as required for Meta App Review. For broader privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
Who may request deletion
You may request deletion if you are the registered user of a Parallel Strategies AI account, or if you connected a third-party account (such as Meta) to that account. If you are a Facebook or Instagram user who interacted with a Page managed through our Platform but do not have a Parallel Strategies AI account, contact us at privacy@parallelstrategies.ai with enough detail for us to locate any limited data we may hold about you (for example, a comment on a connected Page).
How to request deletion
You can delete your data using any of the following methods:
- Disconnect in the app. Sign in, open Integrations or the Meta analytics module, and disconnect Meta. This revokes our access tokens and triggers deletion of stored Meta data for your workspace.
- Revoke at Meta. Remove our app from your Facebook account at facebook.com/settings?tab=applications. When Meta notifies us that you removed the app, we purge associated tokens and stop collecting new Meta data.
- Delete your account. Cancel or delete your Parallel Strategies AI account from account settings. This removes your profile and triggers deletion of integration data tied to your workspace.
- Email us. Send a deletion request to privacy@parallelstrategies.ai from the email address on your account. Include your name and, if applicable, the Facebook Page or Instagram account you connected.
What we delete
When you disconnect Meta, remove our app, or request deletion, we delete:
- Meta OAuth access and refresh tokens
- Your Facebook Login profile fields we stored (name, Meta user ID, email)
- Facebook Page and Instagram professional account data (posts, comments, reactions, insights, and cached analytics) associated with your workspace
- Briefly cached profile fields for commenters or reactors on your content, where applicable
We may retain minimal records required by law (for example, billing or fraud prevention) or anonymized aggregates that cannot identify you.
Timeframe
Disconnection and app removal begin deletion immediately in our systems. Verified email requests and full account closures are completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law. We will confirm by email when processing is complete.
X (Twitter) data deletion
When you disconnect X or request deletion, we remove stored OAuth tokens, profile fields, cached analytics, and tweet data associated with your workspace.
- Disconnect in the app. Sign in, open the X analytics module or Social workspace, and use Disconnect on your connected account. This deletes the integration row for your company.
- Revoke at X. Remove Parallel Strategies AI from your X connected apps at X connected apps help. Revoking access stops new data collection even if a token remains cached briefly.
- Email us. Send a deletion request to privacy@parallelstrategies.ai from your account email. Include your X @handle if helpful.

Meta deauthorize & data deletion callback
When you remove Parallel Strategies AI from your Facebook account or submit a data deletion request through Facebook, Meta sends us a signed notification. Upon receipt, we automatically delete the stored Meta tokens, integration records, and cached Facebook/Instagram data for that connection, and issue a confirmation code. You can verify the status of your request on this page via the link Meta provides (which includes your confirmation code), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
