Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Parallel Strategies AI ("Platform," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. The Service is offered for commercial use by registered organizations and their authorized users. When you use LinkedIn or Meta features, you represent that you are an authorized administrator of each Company Page, Facebook Page, or Instagram professional account you connect through the Platform. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
Parallel Strategies AI is an AI-powered business intelligence and analytics platform. Our Service includes, among other features, integration with X (formerly Twitter) via the X API to provide analytics, performance insights, and AI-assisted content recommendations based on your X account data, and integration with TikTok via the official TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API to display account analytics and publish video content on your behalf when you choose to post, and integration with LinkedIn via the Community Management APIs to manage Company Pages you administer — including publishing posts, viewing comments and engagement, and displaying page analytics — and integration with Meta via Facebook Login and the Meta Graph API to manage Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you authorize, including publishing posts, viewing comments and engagement, and displaying analytics. By connecting your X, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Meta account, you authorize us to access the respective platform's API on your behalf as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
X (Twitter) Integration & Data Use
When you connect your X account, the following terms govern our use of X data in compliance with the X Developer Agreement and Policy:
Your Authorization
By connecting your X account via OAuth, you grant us permission to access your X account data as described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that we act on your behalf and that you remain responsible for your X account and its content. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your X account settings or your Parallel Strategies AI account settings.
Permitted Uses of X Data
We use X data exclusively to:
- Display your X analytics and performance metrics within the Platform
- Generate AI-powered insights and content recommendations for your account
- Identify trends in your X account activity and audience engagement
- Produce reports and summaries on your behalf
Prohibited Uses of X Data — No Surveillance
You agree not to use our Platform, and we do not use X data, to track, monitor, investigate, or surveil X users, individuals, or groups without their knowledge. This includes but is not limited to monitoring sensitive events such as protests, political rallies, elections, civil unrest, or community organizing activities. Any use of the Platform for surveillance purposes is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
No Off-Platform Advertising
X data accessed through our Platform may not be used to target advertisements to X users on platforms other than X. We do not sell, license, or share X data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any party for off-platform advertising purposes. You agree not to use any X data obtained through our Platform for such purposes.
X Policy Compliance
Your use of the X integration is subject to X's own policies, including the X Terms of Service, X Privacy Policy, X Developer Agreement, X Developer Policy, X Automation Rules, and X Rules. We are not responsible for changes X makes to its platform, API, or policies that may affect the availability or functionality of our X integration features. You agree to comply with all applicable X policies when using our Platform.
Third-Party Recipients
Any third party that receives X data through our Service (including our infrastructure and service providers) is required to comply with X's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Developer Agreement, and Developer Policy. We contractually bind all such parties to these obligations.
TikTok Integration & Content Posting
When you connect your TikTok account, the following terms govern our use of TikTok's APIs — including the official TikTok Content Posting API and TikTok Login Kit scopes — in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service, TikTok's Content Posting API guidelines, and TikTok's developer and platform policies:
Your Authorization
By connecting your TikTok account via OAuth, you grant us permission to access your TikTok account data and to act on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that we access your TikTok profile, account statistics, video library, and posting capabilities only to provide the features you enable. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting TikTok inside the platform or by revoking our app at tiktok.com/setting/manage-permissions.
Video Publishing on Your Behalf
When you use our TikTok compose and publish features, you authorize us to submit video content to TikTok through the official TikTok Content Posting API (video.publish scope) on your behalf. Publishing occurs only when you upload or select a video, enter the title and description, choose the privacy level and posting options TikTok makes available for your account, and explicitly confirm the post. We do not publish to TikTok without your direct action inside the platform.
You are solely responsible for all content you publish to TikTok through our Platform, including video files, captions, titles, hashtags, privacy settings, and any commercial or branded-content disclosures required by TikTok. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to publish the content and that your posts comply with applicable laws and TikTok's Community Guidelines.
Permitted Uses of TikTok Data
We use TikTok data exclusively to:
- Display your TikTok profile, account statistics, and video performance metrics within the Platform
- Show your video library and engagement trends in TikTok analytics views
- Load creator-specific posting settings so you can choose valid privacy levels and options before publishing
- Publish videos to your TikTok account when you initiate and confirm a post
Prohibited Uses of TikTok Integration
You agree not to use our Platform, and we do not use TikTok data, to:
- Publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, or applicable law
- Post spam, misleading content, or material you do not have rights to distribute
- Use TikTok data to track, monitor, or surveil TikTok users without their knowledge
- Sell, license, or share TikTok user data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any party for their own marketing purposes
- Automate posting in a manner that violates TikTok's developer or automation policies
Any use of the Platform for prohibited purposes is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and disconnection of your TikTok integration.
TikTok Policy Compliance
Your use of the TikTok integration is subject to TikTok's own policies, including TikTok's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, developer terms, and Content Posting API requirements. We are not responsible for changes TikTok makes to its platform, API, or policies that may affect the availability or functionality of our TikTok integration features. You agree to comply with all applicable TikTok policies when using our Platform and when publishing content through the TikTok integration.
Data Retention & Disconnection
If you disconnect your TikTok account or revoke our app's access, we will stop accessing TikTok on your behalf and delete stored TikTok data associated with your account within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. You may also request deletion by contacting support@parallelstrategies.ai.
Third-Party Recipients
Any third party that receives TikTok data through our Service (including our infrastructure and service providers) is required to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and developer policies. We contractually bind all such parties to these obligations.
LinkedIn Integration & Company Pages
When you connect LinkedIn, the following terms govern our use of LinkedIn's APIs — Sign In with LinkedIn and Share on LinkedIn for member-profile posting, and, where your connection includes organization permissions, the Community Management APIs for Company Pages — in compliance with the LinkedIn Marketing API Terms and LinkedIn's platform policies:
Your authorization
By connecting via OAuth, you grant us permission to access your LinkedIn profile and the Company Pages you administer, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must connect your own LinkedIn account and have authority over each Page you manage. You may disconnect at any time from the dashboard, which stops API access and triggers deletion of stored LinkedIn data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Permitted uses
We use LinkedIn data exclusively to:
- Publish posts to your own member profile when you initiate them
- Publish and manage posts on Company Pages you administer (when your connection includes organization permissions)
- Display comments, replies, reactions, and engagement metrics
- Show page and post analytics and reporting inside the Platform
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use our Platform, and we do not use LinkedIn data, to:
- Scrape, harvest, or collect LinkedIn data outside the APIs and features we provide
- Use LinkedIn data for any purpose other than the Platform's stated features
- Sell, license, or resell LinkedIn member or organization data
- Violate LinkedIn's User Agreement, Professional Community Policies, or Marketing API Terms
Third-party dependency
Our LinkedIn features depend on LinkedIn's APIs and policies. LinkedIn is not a party to these Terms. LinkedIn may change, limit, or revoke API access at any time, which may affect feature availability without liability to us.
Branding
Parallel Strategies AI and our branding must not incorporate "LinkedIn," "Microsoft," or their logos, or any confusingly similar marks. LinkedIn and Microsoft trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Integration
When you connect Meta, the following terms govern our use of Meta's APIs in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies:
Your authorization
By connecting via Facebook Login, you grant us permission to access your Meta profile and the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you authorize, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must connect your own Meta account and have authority over each Page or account you manage. You may disconnect at any time from the dashboard, which stops API access and triggers deletion of stored Meta data as described in the Privacy Policy and on our Data Deletion page.
Permitted uses
We use Meta data exclusively to:
- Publish and manage posts on Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you manage
- Display comments, reactions, and engagement metrics
- Show Page and account analytics and reporting inside the Platform
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use our Platform, and we do not use Meta data, to:
- Scrape, harvest, or collect Meta data outside the APIs and features we provide
- Use Meta data for any purpose other than the Platform's stated features
- Sell, license, or resell Meta user data
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, or Community Standards
Third-party dependency
Our Meta features depend on Meta's APIs and policies. Meta is not a party to these Terms. Meta may change, limit, or revoke API access at any time, which may affect feature availability without liability to us.
Branding
Parallel Strategies AI and our branding must not incorporate "Facebook," "Instagram," "Meta," or their logos, or any confusingly similar marks. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
- Notify us immediately at support@parallelstrategies.ai of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use LinkedIn, Meta, X, or TikTok data obtained through our Platform in any manner that violates the respective platform's developer policy or these Terms
- Use automated means to scrape LinkedIn or other third-party networks outside our authorized APIs
Subscriptions & Payments
Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice posted to the Platform
- If your payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Parallel Strategies AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Third-party marks — including LinkedIn, Microsoft, X, TikTok, Google, and Meta — belong to their respective owners; nothing in these Terms grants you rights in those marks.
You retain ownership of any data you bring to the Platform, including your LinkedIn, Meta, X, and TikTok account data and any content you create. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, LinkedIn's, Meta's, X's, or TikTok's policies, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
Upon termination or when you disconnect a third-party account, your right to use the related integration ceases immediately. We will delete your data, including any LinkedIn, Meta, X, or TikTok data we have stored, within the timeframes described in our Privacy Policy (and in any event within 30 days of account closure where applicable), except where we are required to retain it by law.
Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any data obtained from LinkedIn, Meta, X, TikTok, or other third-party integrations.
AI-generated insights and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by our Platform.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARALLEL STRATEGIES AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
